I feel like I'm taking over this tread from Capt! I'm so helplessly hopeless when talking about Poetry in songs that I wanted to share.
Let me share my other ancient story about these stuffs with you here. I had a late beloved friend who was may be even more crazy about these poetry stuffs than me. We mutually shared our love of poetry in songs that we found and we enthusiastically exchanged our point of views/opinions in those songs while I was in BKK and while he was alive. He was also Pood's friend, he went on to become one of Thai good songwriters before he passed away only few years ago.
Now this thread makes me miss him badly! And I blame it on you Capt.!!!!!
Here's another one;

And my poetry to protect me;

Hiding in my room, safe within my womb.

ผมร้องเพลงนี้จนจำเนื้อได้แม่น แต่แกล้งทำเป็นไม่รู้จักท่อนที่ลุง Nap ลงไปก่อนหน้านี้ครับ
