ส่วนตัวชอบเสียงของยี่ห้อนี้เป็นพิเศษตั้งแต่ก่อนจะมีตัวแทนที่บ้านเราแล้ว เลยขอจัดของขวัญปีใหม่ซักตัว ตัวนี้เป็นCustomพิเศษตามSpecที่ตัวแทนบ้านเราrequestแบบตัวเดียว โดยเอาแบบSlope D ใช้การตกแต่งแบบ Advance Slope D ที่

Dana, enjoying his Lobster Mac & Cheese, asked me about maple. I said “no one sells a lot of maple guitars. People suffer under this weird delusion that maple is….” ”Thin sounding and bright!”, interjected Dana. “Which it’s not”, he exclaimed, with arms raised. “It’s warm and full and dark, and oohhhh…” as he imagined good maple in his head. Lobster Mac & Cheese and Tyrolean maple. I nodded and went back to my lobster stew and blueberry muffin. I heard it too.

Anyway, when we got back to his shop, Dana surprised us with this beautiful TYROLEAN maple slope D that he built on spec. 1 and 23/32″ nut width, ADIRONDACK top, snakehead headstock. The guitar has a warm rumble and a commanding presence that will make ANYbody an instant convert to maple. Trust us. If you do not think you like maple, you’ve just never been around maple like this.

Needless to say, we asked him to ship the guitar to us, and it arrived today. It’s all that and a bag of chips. Do yourself a favor. Forget what you think you’ve heard by listening to brand “X”, brand “G” and brand “T”. Welcome to the world of German Tyrolean maple, and the masterful soundboard voicing of Dana Bourgeois.

These custom slope D’s from Mr. B. are a bit of a secret weapon. They have that big dreadnought warmth and woof but they also have surprising volume and fullness when played fingerstyle. They are a great singer-songwriter’s guitar in addition to being perhaps the ultimate large bottleneck blues guitar.

เล่นเก่งขนาดนี้ ใช้กีต้าร์ยี่ห้ออะไรก็ได้ เพราะทุกเพลงแหละ Smile
แต่สงสัยเล่นกีต้าร์ยี่ห้อนี้แล้ว คงไม่ค่อยคุ้นกับยี่ห้ออื่นแล้วมั้งBig Grin

2014 BOURGEOIS Banjo Killer Aged Tone No.1

ตัวนี้เป็นBanjo Killer ที่เป็นAged Tone Packageตัวแรกของโลก โดยAged ToneของBourgeoisจะไม่ใช่แค่การทำไม้หน้าให้เหมือนไม้เก่า จะรวมถึง Finishที่จะทำให้เหมือนกีตาร์vintageที่แข็งแต่บางเหมือนNitroCelluloseที่ใช้งานมาหลายสิบปี และ ใช้Hide Glueทั้งหมด

เรื่องของBanjo Killer เป็นกีตาร์ของ Bryan Sutton ในปี1995 ที่นักกีตาร์ต่างให้การยอมรับว่าเป็นกีตาร์ที่เสียงไม่ธรรมดา ดังและมีรายละเอียดจนไปแข่งกับBanjoได้เป็นที่มาของชื่อรุ่น Bryan Suttonได้กล่าวถึงรุ่นไว้ว่า

ในปี2010 กีตาร์ดังล่าวได้โดนน้ำท่วม จนนักกีตาร์หลายๆคนเสียดาย จนต้องมาrestoreใหม่ เพราะความมีประวิติของกีตาร์รุ่นนี้

เอาคลิปเสียงของกีต้าร์ Bourgeois BK AT ของน้าปาร์เกอร์มาลงให้ เป็นคลืปเมื่อตอนจัดงานครั้งล่าสุด
ที่มีโอกาสได้เปรียบเทียบกับกีต้าร์สเปคเดียวกัน
คลิปเสียงนี้อัดเสียงในสภาวะแวดล้อมเดียวกัน และคุณภาพการอัดเหมือนกัน จึงเอามาเปรียบเทียบกันได้ชัดเจน

มือกีต้าร์ท่านนี้คือคุณคิงส์ ฝีมือการเล่นกีต้าร์นั้นเยี่ยมมากๆอยู่แล้ว
ที่เก่งกว่านั้นคือการหาลิคเพื่อการรีวิวกีต้าร์นั้น ถือว่าฉลาดและเก่งยิ่งกว่าฝีมือมากนัก
เพราะส่งทำให้กีต้าร์แสดงศักยภาพออกมาได้เต็มพลังของกีต้าร์ตัวนั้นๆ
อย่างทรง Dreadnought ที่เล่นในคลิปนี้แกเค้นออกได้อย่างหมดจรด ผมขอปรบมือให้เลย

น่าเล่น น่าสะสมมากๆ ทั้งสองตัวเลยครับ
โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งตัว Aged Tone ส่วนตัว Custom Maple ก็สวยงามน่าเล่นมากครับ
