เพลงนี้ น่าจะมีมากกว่า 300 ศิลปิน.ที่เคยร้องเอาไว้ ผมเองเคยได้ฟังจาก Version มีทั้งจังหวะเร็วแบบ Bluegrass และ Country อย่าง John Hartford และ Glen Campbell และ จังหวะช้าๆนุ่มๆ แบบ Elvis Presley และ Pood?.

เพลงนี้ John Hartford แต่งเป็นเพลง bluegrass แต่ cross over มาทาง pop ตอน Glen Campbell เอามา cover
เพลงนี้กลายเป็นเพลงอมตะใด้ด้วยทำนองที่เรียบง่ายและเนื้อร้องที่ฝังใจ ผมฟังเพลงนี้มาหลายสิบปีแล้วยังไม่รู้เลยว่าชื่อเพลง
