However, it should be the export version of the Japan only PT-406 ( your guitar has round label but the domestic version has regtangular label). The Martin style headstock logo indicates that it is an early example, probably around mid 80's. The guitar is all laminated wood. The current price of a new one with preamp is around 70,000 yen. Shown below are the pictures of early PT-406 The current equivalent version of your guitar is the PT-408K below.
