Wish I were there! That's all I can say

I remembered overheard Oan sneakily played and sang a song or two at "Love" last time we've met. And I said to myself "Hey I like this guy's style"

Looked at the pictures and I could see everybody's happy and smiling, so the mission's accomplished. And yeah my buddy Pepe was a rising star, wasn't she?

Now an open letter to Oan; and it's a long one I'm warning you!
Dear Oan,
I realized that you're very busy person based on the nature of your work. But I'd love to mention something here that you may consider take a dive at it.
Like I told you before (if you still remember) that I like the way you play/sing and will not skip the oppotunity to see/hear you again.

I don't recall mentioning to you about YouTube. You see I didn't have any interest in becoming a part of it until I retired a year ago and I jumped in with joy. The main reason is at my age (should I say at our age?) I can go in a flash without warning. But before I go I'd love to leave something for my children/grandchildren just for the memories of their grandpa when he was alive for them to remember me by besides some materials that they will inherit from me

I obviously don't care how bad I am at playing/singing. I just take it as "This is me, take me for what I am when I was alive"

Within a year I uploaded everything in there that I could think of. My opinion is they can pass me by if they don't like what they see. I just mainly do it for my kids. If anybody else happens to see my uploads and like them then good for them if not that's fine with me too.

Now I'd really really want to encourage you to get your video camcorder out, get your guitar out of it case, find the best spot to shoot your video and simply do it (like me, I'm still learning how to do it correctly and I don't think I'm getting any worse!)

The first shot will be the hardest one but it'll getting easier like everything else.

No need to practice, you're good just like you are, just be yourself, nobody can pretend to be better than what he/she is

And it won't take much of your precious time. Just plan for it may be on some weekend afternoon or something. Do it and you won't regret. And it's a piece of cake to be a part of YouTube (everything is FREE in there to become a member, have your own account and create your own channel). You can ask Nimit ore Povation if you have questions about YT too and I'm sure they are more than willing to help you out.

I don't want to see another case of "He died with the music still within him" scenario.

I want to see/hear you from the other side of this globe Oan, I do miss your music! Do you still remember just 5-10 years ago there's no such thing as "YOUTUBE" and our musician friends died out without leaving their musical talents for us to cherish! Don't be like them Oan, take advantage of what now-a-day hi techs can make you live forever!
