The MB's hand carved rounded side rims and dropped carved top and back are the keys to it's superior sound and trademark look. The MB was designed to preserve acoustic properties while an interior baffle system was incorporated to limit and cancel feedback. It was originally designed for jazz players but turned out to be an extremely versatile guitar suitable for most all musical genres which prompted Mario to offer several different pickup combinations as well as a maple topped ABR stop tailpiece model which is the MB version of the famous gibson ES335 guitar.

It?s never been gigged with and has been babied since its birth in late 2008. The guitar plays perfectly to me and the neck is straight. There is virtually no wear on the frets. The tone is exceptional. The archtop hollow body and side rims give this guitar a 3-D imaging that is flat out amazing?it is one of the most innovative 335 style guitars you will find- in my opinion. I believe that Presently Mario is not taking new orders, as he fills his already long list of accepted builds. And I know he is no longer making this design. WHICH MEANS-you have a rare chance to get one before they are no longer available at all.
