I tried not to get involved with this one because it's so tough to pick. There are so many acoustic guitarists that mesmerized my soul.

If we narrow them down to strictly the guitar players who are not really sing then that makes it much easier. I can cut off those fabulous guitarists who also sing such as James Taylor, John Denver, Paul Simon and so many others.

I don't want to name all of my favorites because it can go up to at least 30 of them from Leo Kottke to Steve Howe...etc. So let say who's the number one in my mind?

My vote goes to Chet Atkins, and here's just one of his "One man, one guitar"
