What's this GUITAR?

Is there anyone can tell me what's exactly this TAKAMINE? (like ...what kind of top, back and sides or year model)....please. I got this beauty guitar from a good friend of mine long time ago.

Hello there,

I dont know exactly what the year or even model is, but I do know the combination of the wood built.

As I can't see a close-up shot of this guitar, or the approximate price, BUT I do submit, this guitar was made from KOA wood.

Thank you very much guys. That's what I thought so, Koa. As i remember my friend got this guitar as a second hand about 25 years ago. Unfortunately he didn't mention about the price.

I don't know the exact number of this model. However, it should be the export version of the Japan only PT-406 ( your guitar has round label but
the domestic version has regtangular label).

The Martin style headstock logo indicates that it is an early example, probably around mid 80's. The guitar is all laminated wood. The current
price of a new one with preamp is around 70,000 yen.
